Yoga Classes
Old Orchard Beach Yoga and Wellness - Our classes are offered in person and virtually. Whether it's our popular private beach yoga session, a unique bachelorette beach yoga experience, a sacred moon ceremony, prenatal or mommy and me yoga, or a virtual restorative or yoga nidra class, you will leave feeling more grounded and replenished. With all of our classes, our hope is to bring calm restoration to the nervous system, clarity to the mind and resilience to the spirit.
Ayurvedic Health Coaching
Ayurveda is a system of medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago and emphasizes balance between the body, mind and spirit through diet, lifestyle and herbal remedies tailored to your unique constitution or dosha. This support embraces both Ayurveda and our current Western way of life, giving practical approaches to our modern day dis-ease.
Aromatherapy and Apothecary
As a Certified Aromatherapist, I offer classes and consultations centered around education and safety of essential oils and their therapeutic benefits. I also produce small batch blends and essential oil products as well as specially curated products, including salves, lotions, blends and massage oils. Pregnancy and birthing blends are made to order.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that refers to the use of channeling energy to balance the body, mind, and soul. Through light touch with hands on and/or off the body, Reiki practitioners can help facilitate balance through the body. Reiki can be somewhat challenging to explain, but understanding that everything has an energy field that is measurable in terms of frequency can help. Through Reiki, subtle shifts are created in the energy field to bring equilibrium and balance.
