Old Orchard Beach Yoga and Wellness - Our classes are offered in person and virtually. Whether it's our popular private beach yoga session, a unique bachelorette beach yoga experience, a sacred moon ceremony, prenatal or mommy and me yoga, or a virtual restorative or yoga nidra class, you will leave feeling more grounded and replenished. With all of our classes, our hope is to bring calm restoration to the nervous system, clarity to the mind and resilience to the spirit.

Join me weekly for this virtual yoga and meditation class where you will be led in pranayama, asana and meditation. setting a beautiful intention for our day.
Restorative Yoga
This class will help calm the nervous system and help you to feel more grounded and connected to your body. through supported postures and meditation we will bring the body and mind into ease.
