Hi, I'm Suzanne Nicklas! I'm a Registered Nurse and Health Coach based in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.  As a nurse my passions haven been hospice care and working with infants and new parents.  My passion for wellness started many years ago when I took the first of many health coach trainings, the first being through the Institue for Integrative Nutrition.   I began health coaching in 2010 and since then my practice has transformed and grown in many ways.    As I have grown as a person, so has my work.  Along the way I have picked up skills based on my own personal interests and broadened my education and am able to share those with my clients.  Some of which include yoga, aromatherapy and reiki.  My love of combining conventional and alternative philosophies of care led me to Ayurveda.    My Ayurvedic Coaching takes the wisdom of Eastern medicine and blends it into our western way of living to create lifestyle transformations that work in our busy day to day lives.   My coaching is Integrative in its approach.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer and struggled to overcome the many side effects of treatment.  Through researchI learned the unique ways in which to support myself through this very difficult time.    Through lifestyle changes and  support from professionals and other cancer thrivers I  have found a new and wonderful norm in life.  I have been so inspired.by what I have learned that I decided to pursue further education in cancer coaching.   I am grateful to be able to share what I have learned with others experiencing a cancer diagnosis.     There is so much beauty and comfort in realizing that you do not have to experience this alone.     

Lastly but most importantly, I am a wife and mother to five amazing children.
