In an effort to treat all animals humanely and respectfully and to protect our precious planet, we offer the following vegetarian and vegan recipes for you to enjoy!

BLACK BEAN BURGERS

These delicious black bean burgers are easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 Black Bean Burger (I use Morning Star Farms)

2 Pieces of 7 Grain Bread (I use 7 Sprouted Grains by Food for Life)

1 Avocado

3 Slices of Tomato

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Bake or broil the burger;  cut avocado in half, removing pit and mash; toast bread.

Assemble: spread avocado over both pieces of toast; add salt and pepper to taste; place burger and tomotoe over avocado and ENJOY!!

SIMPLE MORNING PORRIDGE

Ingredients:

Steel Cut Oats (2 Servings)

2 Apples (core, peel and cut into cubes)

Cinnamon to taste

1/8 cup of raisins

1 tbsp of Almond Slivers

2 tbsp of maple syrup

Saute apples in water and add cinnamon; add oats following the package recipe; once cooked add raisins and maple syrup; serve with sliced almonds on top and ENJOY!
